Traveling is not about walking just as you say. What destination you choose, what time you spend, and what mood you feel determine the gain of the trip.
When traveling, we must not only have expectations, but also be calm, and gain joy between expectations and reality.
Traveling means emptying yourself, immersing yourself in nature and soul, and feeling the tranquility after work and life.
It has been more than a week since Gouqi Island came back, and I finally finished the travel notes hastily, wrote down the process, and recorded every detail for memories.
1. First acquaintance with wolfberry
Goji Island had rarely heard of its name before. Since I didn't know it, I had to ask Baidu. After checking, I learned that it had become very popular in recent years and was known as the "Little Eastern Greece".
Gouqi Island is located in the northeast of Zhoushan Islands and belongs to Shengsi County. It was called Ganxieshan, Lixi or Lixi Mountain in ancient times. This island is the second largest island in Shengsi.
The decision to go to Gouqi Island was accidental. When my wife heard that there was a bike club planning to go, she was moved to it, so she looked up the guide to find out where Gouqi Island was.
I don't know if I don't check, but I really look forward to it: a blue sky and blue sea; under the light of the sunrise and sunset, the sea is filled with dazzling brilliance; leaf and leaf boats are connected to thousands of buoys, outlining the vitality of the fishing grounds; and the dazzling and appetizing dishes of seafood are mouth-watering...
Okay, let's go here. It's about mid-August 2014.
Although traveling requires the impulse and courage to go at once, traveling without preparation will inevitably become a arduous journey and blind wandering like a headless fly. Therefore, it is still necessary to have the necessary homework, at least to know: when to go, how to go, how much to spend, etc.
Combined with your own schedule, quickly determine the end of September and the prime time of National Day, plan to travel to Gouqi Island for 5 days and 4 nights, relax and experience island life.
The biggest advantage of the Internet era is that you can find a place to understand what you don't know, and you no longer need to ask anyone. There are many online strategies. Looking up the strategies does not mean copying them all. Others have experienced them before. If we try them again, it will be boring.
The so-called preparation is nothing more than accommodation and transportation. If you live in a poor place, I am sorry for the feeling of traveling; if transportation cannot be arranged, it will be a needless waste of time and only add to the suffering.
Through Ctrip, we found that they were all average, and the price coincided with the National Day period, which doubled. Come on, go back to the strategy, read it carefully, and delineated three unique ones: Qianmo Inn, Thinker B & B, and Musha Inn, and then consulted and made reservations through various channels. Qianmo is quite well-known, so there are no rooms when I called to inquire; Thinker B & B is expensive, so I decided not to consider it; the remaining Musha Inn is Musha Inn, which has a room after inquiry and checked its WeChat pictures. The style is elegant, so I booked the "Sunshine Courtyard Room" for 4 days from September 27 to 30.
OK, we plan to go to Gouqi Island through Shenjiamen. The advance strategy stated that you could purchase in advance through a store on Taobao. Unexpectedly, in September, the terminal suddenly issued a notice to purchase tickets to Gouqi Island and implemented the real-name system. Moreover, the ship from Shenjiamen to Gouqi Island only ships once a day, leaving at 7:10, and reaching Gouqi Island around noon. Therefore, you had to wait until the same day to queue up to buy tickets. The rest of the traffic can be resolved smoothly.
The accommodation and transportation have been settled, and the rest is food and fodder-RMB. The initial budget is to control the entire journey at 5- 6K. It is inevitable to be careful, but since you are out, why bother yourself?
2. Small letter at sea
On September 24, pack the necessary items during the entire trip (there are two large backpacks, mainly changing clothes and children's supplies).
On September 25, I drove to Ningbo after work.
On September 26, take the shuttle bus from Ningbo North Railway Station to Shenjiamen. Tickets can be purchased online in advance (Ningbo Passenger Transport Center), 48 yuan/person. We set off at 15:40 and arrived at Shenjiamen after 17:00. We checked into a hotel booked in advance and had a quick meal. Then we went to Bingang Road for a stroll and tasted the salty sea breeze for the first time. Since I had to get up early the next day, I went back to the hotel early to rest.
On September 27, I took a taxi to Banshengdong Pier at 5:30. In fact, it was not far away and it took me 5 minutes. I saw that people had lined up early, but there were only 7 or 8 people. Tickets would start at 5:50. The fare to Gouqi Island is divided into three categories: 235 yuan for the upper cabin, 180 yuan for the middle cabin, and 120 yuan for the lower cabin. The lower cabin is only sold to Shengsi locals. We finally chose to go upstairs.
Compared to during the National Day period, my ticket purchase process was too smooth. Later, some friends wanted to go to Goji Island during the National Day, but some people queued up all night long but couldn't buy a ticket, so they had to find another place to play.
After buying the tickets, I went back to the hotel to pack my bags, and returned to the dock again to wait for the ship to depart.
It is not the first time to go to sea, but it is still quite new for people who are used to living on land. As we all know, the sea water off the coast of Zhejiang is yellow and turbid, without the charm of a true sea.
The ship we took was the "Wonders of the Zhoushan Islands" and could be considered a medium-sized ship. The entire voyage was relatively smooth. After about half an hour of sailing, the sea gradually turned from yellow to blue, and the sky was blue and blue. Occasionally, a few white clouds lined it, making it extremely bright. The salty smell in the sea breeze was no longer as strong as it was in Shenjiamen. It looked a little fresh, and I wanted to take a few more puffs.
When I first entered the blue sea, I rarely saw other ships. When I was about to arrive at Gouqi Island, I could see many container cargo ships, seemingly anchored there, waiting for instructions.
When we are close to wolfberry and Shengshan, we can see from afar the buoys on the breeding cages near the remote islands, crisscrossing with tens of thousands. Coupled with the undulating waves on the sea surface, swaying left and right, it is spectacular. Imagine if it was at sunrise or sunset, under the sunshine, it would be even more spectacular and colorful.
The ship passed through the Sanjiao River Bridge, which runs through Shengshan and Gouqi Islands, and gradually slowed down its speed and stopped at the dock located northwest of Shengshan. It was nearly 12 noon.
After getting off the boat, we set up a taxi van with others, spent 20 yuan and went straight to the @ Gouqi Island Musha Dream Inn we booked.
3. Musha Inn
Musha Inn, the full name of "Musha Dream Inn", is located in Wusha Village, Gouqi Island, facing the south directly to Wusha Beach. In fact, Shengshan Wharf is not far from here, but only 10 kilometers away. The bus runs from Shengshan Water Market (Shengshan Bus Starting Station). It only takes 3 stops and costs 1.5 yuan/person.
The owner of Musha Inn is not from the main island of wolfberry, but a very stylish inn opened by several young people from other places who rented a house on the island. There are only 10 rooms in total. The current price is a uniform price of 388. Whether on holidays or weekdays, or in peak season (June to October), except for typhoon days, the rooms are basically full every day, and business is booming.
The inn is decorated with raw wood, which is simple and generous, showing simplicity, petty bourgeoisie, and literary style, which is in line with the preferences of young people. There is a bar and restaurant on the first floor, which are compact and simple in decoration; there are also 3 rooms and kitchen, which are purely family-style and feel friendly.
Our house is Room 10, located on the top floor of the third floor. There is only one room on the third floor. This room is slightly larger than other rooms and has complete basic facilities. It also has a small glass-topped balcony of about three to five square meters, allowing you to bathe in the morning light and Starlight, very comfortable. Only the bathroom is slightly smaller, which is a fly in the ointment.
Outside the room is a large platform, which is divided into two parts, one part is used for laundry and drying, and the other part is a balcony with a viewing view. There are five or six glass tables and a number of rattan chairs placed on the balcony, allowing you to take a nap, see the sea, and hear the waves...
Standing on the viewing balcony, you can overlook the fishing boats of large and small sizes shuttling through the sea. There are sampans, small boats, tugboats, some parked, some galloping, and some moving slowly. The picture is full; you can see Wusha Beach up close, the beach is not about the size of one or two football fields. It is very clean and there is no sense of noise. Only the rhythmic sound of shoreline lapping caused by the rising and falling tide comes one after another; On the beach is a winding road along the island. The road is not wide and only allows two cars to meet each other. It comes from Shengshan and runs through Shengshan and Gouqi Islands. From time to time, buses and vans pass through it; as far as you can see, there are scattered residential buildings embedded on the island bend. Most of them are newly built three-and fourth-story brick-concrete structures. There are occasionally some one or two old stone houses that seem to have been abandoned for many years, with no doors and windows...
For Chinese food, I ordered a few dishes at random at the inn. Seafood was naturally indispensable. Vegetables were a little expensive compared to land, but they were acceptable. Maybe because I was hungry, I ate several more bowls of rice.
After eating, go back to your room to rest for a short while and recharge your strength for a formal outing.
4. Night hiking tour
It was already past 3 o'clock in the afternoon when I woke up. I got up to wash up and took my son to Wusha Beach. By this time, the tide had gradually receded.
At first, my son was a little afraid of the tide and didn't dare to go aside. Later, he carried him to the reef and said that there were crabs to catch. Gradually, he got used to it, so he came down to play in the sand and water.
On the reef, there are living things: seaweed, unknown crabs, sea roaches, snails, sea anemones, small fish and shrimp, etc. Crabs like to live under cracks in reefs and small rocks. Open a stone and there may be one or two small crabs living under it. There are more anemones. The reef is full of anemones. If you touch them with your hands, you will immediately shrink in and squeeze out the seawater in your body. Small fish and shrimp are very flexible and cannot be caught without the help of tools.
Surprisingly, I actually found a "** Tongbao" among the rocks. It was probably from the Qing Dynasty. I don't know how valuable it was, but it made me feel a lot better.
It was getting late. When I returned to the inn, I ordered a few more dishes, and naturally, seafood was indispensable.
After dinner, the family of four walked along the island road towards King Beach.
At night, a huge sky covered the sky, dotted with stars shining on the screen, and a crescent moon shuttled through the clouds. At the far end of the eye, the sky below is connected to the sea level. If there are no ships passing by, it is almost impossible to tell which is the sky and which is the sea. The real sea and sky are all. From far to near, ships passed by from time to time. The lights were already on on the ship. The lights were little-littered and rhythmic with the surging waves on the sea. They also formed circles of bright circles around them, illuminating the ship's shadow. No closer, the waves beat against the rocks and the sound of the beach sang rhythmically. On the embankment fence, there are often sea roaches of different sizes crawling. Under the light of the flashlight, each and every one of them moves quickly and leaves away from light in an instant.
The highway along the island is built along the coastline. Although it does not reach eighteen bends, it also connects with each other. Every turn is a fishing village. Wusha, Miaogan and Dawang are embedded in the bends from east to west. At each bend is the beach. Perhaps with the popularity of tourism in recent years, every fishing village has built rows of hotels, fishermen's homes, and inns along the road. There are illuminated street lights on the inner side of the road to facilitate walking at night. Sampans, fishing nets, floating boxes and other unique things to island fishermen can be seen everywhere along the roadside.
The life of islanders is actually the same on the river bank. At night, the flat part of every fishing village is the place where the aunts on the island can play, whether seven or eight people, or a dozen people. The form of activity is the world-renowned square dance, Little Apple, and the most dazzling national style. Music such as the island also resounded through the night.
After returning from the walk, the inn restaurant was transformed into a movie hall with computers and projections, which was quite a petty bourgeoisie atmosphere. I went up to the balcony and sat, listening to the waves and watching the sea, littered with fishing fires, and the sea breeze blowing, and felt the comfortable and simple life of the islanders.
5. Morning and sea fishing
On the morning of the island, there is a rhythm that makes people not want to sleep in. The bright sun had long shone into the room through the glass roof on the balcony. The sound of swells on the beach not far away, mixed with the whistle of the ship's whistle, was clearly audible and felt busy and orderly.
If you don't get up now, wouldn't you waste the good morning light? Not to mention those who watched the sunrise went out to the summit as early as four or five o'clock and waited. It is said that the best place to see the sunrise is the "East Cliff Cliff" on Shengshan Island. Because I have children with me, I can't get up early, so I have to give up.
Touch my sleepy eyes, wash them hastily, and open the door. The fresh and salty sea breeze comes in. The sky is unspeakably bright, the sun is hanging high, and the mountains and houses on the island in the distance are in the sun. Under the shining light, it is clear and beautiful; the sea is sparkling. Looking far into the distance, the sea and sky are in the same color; the salty sea breeze stirs the senses. Outside the stone strips outside the wall of the people next to the inn, five or six old fishermen were sitting there early chatting and enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze.
After washing, finishing breakfast, putting up some clothes and starting a new day's journey.
We first came to the king and aimlessly walked through the streets and alleys in the village, looking for differences between every place in the village on land, feeling the freshness and novelty, and feeling the original ecology.
The important activity in the afternoon is sea fishing. This inn can be contacted and arranged. The cost is 100 yuan/person, usually 2-3 hours. At 2 p.m., he and several tourists who lived in the inn got into the pickup van, bypassed Dawang Village and headed north, and arrived at an unknown dock. Boy, there are breeding areas in front of you, and the buoys are neat and uniform, which is spectacular. Fishing is a fishing boat slightly larger than a sampan. There were 8 people in total on this trip. It took about 20 to 30 minutes to get on board and go out to sea to arrive at the fishing point.
Playing sea fishing is simple. The boat owner gave each of us a square of plastic foam wrapped around fishing line, hook hooks and some finely salted fish. This is the tool for sea fishing. The so-called fishing line is actually divided into two parts. The handshake end is nylon rope, and the only fishing end is a transparent fishing line, about 30 centimeters. There is a fish hook at the end, and there is a sinking iron pendant hanging at the place where the nylon rope and the fishing line are connected, and the entire fishing line has no buoy.
The captain of the ship ordered that as long as you put on the bait, throw the fishing line into the sea, wait until you feel the iron drop sink to the bottom, then retract and release your hands, and wait for the fish to hook and pull it up. This was indeed the case. I followed what the boat boss said and once I put it to the end, I felt a fish biting the hook. Then I pulled it up with both hands. At first, I was still anxious for fear of unhooking, but the boat boss said it was okay to take my time. I relaxed and pulled up at the normal rhythm. Sure enough, a while later, a tiger head fish hung firmly by the hook was pulled up. This tiger head fish is red, with fins and dorsal fins on both sides, and a big mouth, which looks scary. In fact, it is just a show. It will not be flowery once it goes out to sea. However, when you set off the hook, you have to pay attention to those fins, which will be troublesome. The boat owner introduced that these fish live in rocky reef areas, so they can only be caught by sinking the hook to the end. Moreover, this fish is easy to fish. As long as the hook bites and pulls up, it will never escape.
After about two hours of hard work, I harvested 9 tiger head fish. Compared with the others, I harvested the most, and the fish were not small. There was also a couple with me who failed to harvest any fish. The boat boss gave them seven or eight fish he had caught.
It was already evening, and the sun was gradually setting in the west. The evening light shone on the sea and patches of red light appeared. The captain of the ship was afraid that he would not be able to see it after the sun set, so he packed up his fishing lines and headed back. Unfortunately, the beautiful sunset scenery did not wait.
After going to the dock and returning to the inn, he handed over the tiger head fish to my aunt and added a piece of seafood he had caught in the evening.
6. Ride Shengshan
On the third day, I planned to walk to Shengshan Island.
After getting up, I stopped a taxi van on the road (this kind of car is all rented on the island). In 5 or 6 minutes, I arrived at Shengshanshui Market. After getting off the car, I first wandered around and saw a bicycle rental on the street. I asked about the price. Later, I chatted and said that the boss and his wife had stayed in Ningbo and rented it to us for 20 yuan an hour, which was 5 yuan cheaper.
Then, we rode east along Chenqianshan Road and passed through tunnels. We could see aquatic product processing factories everywhere. The main aquatic products were swimming crabs and mussels (mussels). The swimming crabs were mainly framed and transported, while the mussels were mainly used for drying, packaging and sale.
This road is also built along the coastline. On the left hand is the island and on the right hand is the sea. It is winding and winding, with occasional up-and-down slopes. One place we passed through is called the "Lover Stone". The two stones seem to be standing opposite each other and like lovers. It is probably the origin of their name. As for whether there are legends or stories, I didn't delve into it and took a photo to commemorate the visit here and continue moving forward.
Along the way, it's really a ride all the way. While experiencing cycling, you can experience the beautiful scenery of the island. At about 11:30, we rode to the place near the East Cliff. When we saw a sign that read "The East Cliff is here", we put our bicycles on the roadside and walked up the mountain road.
In other words, when I asked the car rental owner why the bicycle was not locked, the owner said he didn't need to lock it and just parked it wherever he wanted. No one took it, and even if he took it, he couldn't get out. Thinking of the door of the inn, the islanders were also unlocked, which shows the simplicity of the islanders. Of course, this is also caused by objective conditions. Even if theft succeeds on the island, it will not be possible to sell stolen goods.
Going up is actually a fishing village that is almost deserted. I can vaguely see that several families still live in it. Most of the houses are abandoned and the doors and windows are dilapidated. It seems that they have moved elsewhere. The mountain road is quite steep, and it was a little difficult to ride all the way before. After climbing the hill, I saw that the real road to the east cliff cliff was the cement road below. However, a section of it collapsed near the end, and there was an excavator under construction and repair. No wonder there was that sign in front. But if we continue to go around the ridge, it will take more than an hour. Plus, it is nearly 12 o'clock. We looked into the hills and turned back for the journey. I think the scenery on the ridge is roughly the same as the scenery at the top.
When I rode back to Shengshan, it was nearly 1 o'clock, so I went to the aquatic product market to buy swimming crabs and pomfret, and found a restaurant to process them. After eating, I took the bus back to the inn for lunch break.
In the afternoon, when it rained, he stayed in the inn to rest.
That night, the wind rose on the sea, and many fishing boats sailed to the waters near the island to anchor and shelter from the wind. At night, more fishing fires lit up on the sea than in previous nights, like stars, showing the night scene of the island. We also had a real experience. The islanders 'days of the wind.
7. Fresh fish ashore
On the fourth day, there was occasional rain, so I planned a trip to the wonders of the wolfberry mountains and seas.
First the rickshaw, then the king to change for rental bread to the wonders of the mountains and seas.
The Wonders of Mountains and Seas are located in the south of Gouqi Island. On the top of Lixigangdun Peak, there is a majestic cliff standing proudly, which can be seen dozens of miles away. The east wall is engraved with four giant characters "Wonders of Mountains and Seas", which are written in two straight lines. It was written here by Hou Jigao, the commander of the Zhejiang Army in the 18th year of Wanli of the Ming Dynasty (1590). The surrounding pine forests are lush and the environment is quiet. A new Guanyin Academy has been built not far away on a flat spot.
The west face of the wonders of mountains and seas is the best viewing point for the sunset and is a recommended attraction. However, when we arrived, the wind and rain suddenly became severe, and we had to take photos back in a hurry.
In the afternoon, the rain stopped and I didn't want to travel far, so I wandered along the road. It is estimated that for many days after fishing, I have seen many fishing boats docking and pulling fishing nets to the island for repair. The fishing nets are so big that I have never seen them fully unfolded. I saw trucks of tractors transporting fishing nets from the dock to the road, and spreading nets along the road to repair them. Every ten meters, there was an old woman or old man sitting on a small bamboo chair to repair the fishing nets. Her movements were skillful, and the shuttle was like a small fish. Swifts between them quickly.
At two or three in the afternoon, it is time for fishing boats to dock and drop fresh fish. There is a dock in front of the inn. At this time, two fishing trawlers docked. We saw people riding battery cars and tricycles to the dock one after another to wait to harvest fish. We also rushed to the dock to join in the fun and see what new fish there was.
Before dropping the fish, the fishermen on board had sorted the types and sizes of the fish catches into baskets, so they only needed to take down baskets one by one after landing. Fresh fish mainly include crabs, shrimps, pomfret, hairtail, moray eels, and other fish whose names are unknown, especially the moray eels are as thick as calves. Each dish makes a basket. I wonder how valuable it is. Shrimp is not our common shrimp. They are basically as thick as a thumb. When we asked for the price, we would sell it in the whole basket. It was estimated that it would cost seven to eight hundred yuan per basket. Compared to when we bought this kind of shrimp at Shengsi Island Market, the price had already reached 50 yuan per catty.
Soon, the fish unloaded from the ship was sold out by the long-awaited hotels and hotel owners on the island. The fishing boat also began to pull its anchors and set sail, looking forward to the next harvest.
Because it was windy that day, and the voyage was suspended for one day. The island was already off the island, but those that should have been on the island could not get on the island. There were only three or four inns left that night. They had eaten and went out to play. The "restaurant theater" became a special event at my house, playing "Little Column under the Sea", which my son loved to watch.
8. Return trip from outlying islands
On October 1, the fifth day, we had packed our bags and prepared to leave the island to Shengsi. The ship terminal to Shengsi was at Dawang, 10:40.
The innkeeper told us that it was boring to visit Shengsi on Gouqi Island. Later, as he said, the original plan of staying in Shengsi for three nights and playing for four days was shortened to staying for one night and returning to Ningbo the next day.
The journey from wolfberry to Shengsi was less than two hours, and the ship was not as comfortable as the ship from Shenjiamen to wolfberry Island, nor was it as new and clean as the ship from Shengsi to Sanjiang Wharf later. After arriving in Shengsi, we first came to Da 'ao Fisherman's Home, which had been booked through a certain journey. We were immediately dumbfounded. It was seriously inconsistent with the online description and evaluation. The location was located in a relatively remote place in Shizhu Village, far away from the beach, and there were no commercial and entertainment facilities around it. It was basically the same as rural houses. What was even more annoying was that the boss himself said there was the usual price of 180, but it rose to 380 during the days of National Day. Later, we chatted with the taxi driver and learned that the price of 380 is in Jihu, The sea view room of the hotel near the beach in Gaochang Bay is already very good. I would like to seriously despise the recommendations and false reviews of certain Cheng.com.
After settling in, we went to the seaside beach. Unexpectedly, as soon as we stepped in, an ATRC drove over. At first, we thought we were here to get business, but when we arrived, we told us that the beach needed tickets for 35 yuan per person, which means to kick us out. Well, looking at the yellow and turbid sea water, which is indeed very inferior to the beach of Gouqi Island, the interest in playing was swept away. We turned back to the highway and took the bus to Caiyuan Town (also known as Shengsi County). We went to the passenger transportation center and bought the car and vessel joint ticket for returning to Ningbo the next day in advance and decided to return home in advance.
That afternoon and the next day, we took a casual stroll in Shengsi, and came to Lizhushan Wharf early to wait for the return trip.
9. Summary of strategies
Time selection:
Summer and autumn are good times to go to Goji Island. If office workers, it is best to stagger their time in July and August. Summer is just a summer vacation. During the National Day, try not to go. First of all, there are many people. Secondly, whether you can buy ferry tickets is also a problem. Thirdly, the rising prices of accommodation, dining, and transportation are also the reasons. It is wise to stagger holidays and choose working days.
The itinerary is preferably 3 days and 2 nights or 4 days and 3 nights.
Trip summary:
On September 26, Ningbo arrived at Shenjiamen and lived in Shenjiamen;
On September 27, visit Banshengdong Wharf from Shenjiamen to Shengshan Wharf, Gouqi Island, Wusha Beach, night tour
September 28, visit wolfberry King Village, sea fishing, and roaming
September 29, riding on Shengshan Mountain, wandering on the east cliff and cliff
September 30, wolfberry mountain and sea wonders, roaming
October 1, Chinese wolfberry arrives in Shengsi
October 2 Shengsi to Ningbo
Transportation options:
There are two directions: First, in Shanghai, it seems that I can buy car and boat tickets in Nanpu, which is unclear; second, when I go to Ningbo and Zhoushan, you can choose Shenjiamen Banshengdong Wharf, or go to Shengsi Xiaocaiyuan Wharf first. There are car and boat tickets from Ningbo to Shengsi, which seems to be 2 flights a day. You can book in advance on the Ningbo Passenger Transport Center website ().
I chose to depart from Banshengdong Wharf in Shenjiamen. The boat is large and comfortable. The fare is 235 yuan for the upper cabin, 180 yuan for the middle cabin, and 120 yuan for the lower cabin. The lower cabin is only sold to Shengsi locals and must be purchased with their ID cards under their real names. Everyone in the queue can purchase 5 real-name tickets with 5 ID cards at a time, and tickets below 1.2 meters are free. The scenery on the cabin is good. If you want to get seasick, prepare seasickness medicine or seasickness stickers in advance, and try to choose the middle cabin.
Tickets for Banshengdong Wharf can be purchased one day in advance from 14:00 to 16:00 p.m.. The sale starts at 6:00 on the same day, the boat leaves at 7:10, and the arrival at Shengshan Wharf at around 12:00. The return journey seems to be around 13:00.
Transportation on Gouqi Island:
The fare for the bus is 2 yuan for the entire journey, and 2 minibuses are separated in half an hour. The starting point of Shengshan Mountain stands next to Shengshanshui Market, and the ending point of Gouqi Island stands at the Military and Civilian Activity Center of Dawang Village.
Taxis, all minibuses, basically ranging from 20 to 50, depending on the distance and you can bargain. Of course, if you speak the local dialect (Ningbo dialect is similar to the local dialect), you will have a better advantage.
Rickshaws, you can choose from short distances, generally 10-20 yuan.
Accommodation options:
There are many options, depending on the level of your purse. Prices range from more than 100 to more than 1000 for general fishermen, specialty B & Bs, and inns. Recommend the Musha Dream Inn we have stayed in, located in Wusha Village. The price is 388 yuan on weekdays and holidays, or the top-floor sunshine courtyard room, sea view room, and mountain view room. You can book through Sina Weibo @ Gougou Island Musha Dream Inn.
Of course, if you are a traveling companion, you can carry a tent and stay for no charge.
Dining options:
Generally speaking, fishermen's homes, B & Bs, and inns can provide catering services. Of course, you can also go to restaurants and hotels outside. The restaurants and hotels are mainly concentrated in Shengshan and Gouqi Island King, which we have never been to.
The most interesting thing to eat on the island is to go to Shengshanshui Market to buy it and have it processed by an inn or restaurant. The general processing fee is 15-20 yuan, while Shengsi has a dish of 20 yuan, which is quite a price difference.
Entertainment items:
Sea fishing, 100 yuan/person, the innkeeper can help arrange it.
Recommended attractions:
In fact, the island is full of scenery. What I recommend is: watch the sunrise-the east cliff, get up at 4 or 5 a.m., and set off. The chartered car for 200 yuan/car. The innkeeper can help arrange it; watch the sunset-the wonders of the mountains and seas, just walk from the king.
Essential items:
? Swimsuits, swimming trunks, swimming goggles
? Change of clothes: coat (sun and mosquitoes), T-shirt, shorts, underwear
? Shoes and socks: stream-tracing shoes (both water and dry), socks
? Sunscreen and anti-mosquito products: sunscreen, sunglasses, anti-mosquito ointment, sun hat, umbrella
